How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are automated through shipping services FedEx, USPS, and Home Delivery. There  may additional shipping charges for orders placed in the US including Hawaii and Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Where do you ship to in the US?
We can currently ship to all US states, including Alaska and Hawaii and Puerto Rico. 

When will my order ship?
Rallie team is working around the clock to ensure your water gets to you as soon as possible, and we will email you as soon as it ships. Thank you for your patience as we navigate these new challenges for delayed shipping with our carriers.

How do I track my order?
When your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number. Please use this tracking number for additional information regarding your shipment. Your tracking information will be the most updated information for order delivery.

How are my items shipped?
We ship our water in recyclable cardboard cartons with dividers so that the product stays sufficiently intact until your fur friend will enjoy the cool goodness.

Do you ship to my country?
Rallie can currently ship to all US states, including Alaska and Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We can ship internationally, however the cost for shipping (freight) will be paid by the customer.
